LDC 6.8.6 Update is now available.

This update is for users with LDC version 6.0  or newer. This is a cumulative release for the Laptop Data Collector (LDC) and will bring the LDC up to version 6.8.  This version is only compatible with RoadSoft version 6.8.0 or later.  Information about the RoadSoft update is available here [1]

LDC 6.8 Update: It is very important that any data that you wish to keep is imported into RoadSoft before these patches are applied. Applying this patch will delete any existing data prior to 6.8 that is on your LDC.

This update is compatible with RoadSoft 6.8.6 or later.  If you have a version prior to RoadSoft 6.8.6, any existing data in LDC must be imported into RoadSoft before you apply this update. RoadSoft 6.8.6 or later is not compatible with any previous version of the LDC.

6.8.6 update includes:

• Added support for custom Lookup values for Road, Culvert, Driveway, Guardrail, and Signs.

6.8.2 update includes:

• Fixed bug when adding new culvert or support.

6.8.1 update includes:

• Fixed bug in loading framework files from CD which would not automatically find the RoadSoft CD.

6.8 update includes:

• Guardrail data collection
• Update to Framework 7
